Save the file as 95-userpolicy.fdi in /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/20thirdparty/

/dev/sr0 is the 1st ide cdrom/dvdrom - edit it to your choice
dvdrw - the mount point i choose.. edit it aswell (it shouldn't exist in /media)
