I was unable to set up the database on the development server, as I didn't have shell access for the domain (and it doesn't help that the FTP was timing out on me). I did, however, get the code successfully working on my home box, and I made some important changes.

This is what we need to do:

Get the site + a tracker working on the dev box. 
Get a graphic designer to do the logo and icons for the categories. 
Re-brand the site - Do a couple search and replace bitient.org with what.cd. 
Get our finances guy set up with a paypal account, donate $65 to it, register domain name. 
Get a beta site on the dev box, use this to raise funds (I will elaborate on this later). 

Something that isn't working but isn't very urgent either is the "comments" feature on requests. I don't know what's up with this; I've just commented out the "add comments" code for the time being.
