hikaru_xana: So then why all the fights online? We don't own the music, and we don't own the clips. We may own our 'concept' of what we put in the video. Like listen to a song, get an idea, the idea we don't own, but when we make the video. 'The way' we made it we do. But over all, the clips, the song, the stuff in it. You think that would hold up in court?
hikaru_xana: "Mr.Judge he/she stole my song or my video clips". They'd laugh at you, they wouldn't even consider that a case.

hikaru_xana: Nobody, it'd be stupid too. But fighting over it, is almost the exact same thing.
hikaru_xana: The true owners are those that made the things, and liscensed them. Anyone can put them together, but the one that created the materials to be used, are the one's that can trul say it's theirs.
