Like listen to a song, get an idea, the idea we don't own, but when we make the video. 'The way' we made it we do. But over all, the clips, the song, the stuff in it. You think that would hold up in court?
hikaru_xana: "Mr.Judge he/she stole my song or my video clips". They'd laugh at you, they wouldn't even consider that a case.

hikaru_xana: I'll sum it up then. Clips of Code Lyoko, belong to Moonscoop, Songs belong to artists who make them, the material in a video belongs to the person that created the material. Any person can make a video, by putting that material together. But in the end, it can't stand up in court, of clip stealing claims. Since the clips belong to Moonscoop.
aelitadagostino: is someone upset because we are trying to defend the fact that people keep taking credit for our fan-vids that obiously we worked very hard on but when people take them its like stealing fan-tising thus forth is not cool and taking credit for amvs and arrangments of clips i will not put up with?
