Notes are one feature type. Later we'll add people and projects.

For now, we're keeping the notes data structure flat (single table).

Notes

    * type: suggestion, problem, whatever (these map to specific icon url)
    * title
    * username
    * date
    * content (description)
    * comments (see below) 

Though this will ideally change, for now we can store all comments about a feature in a single record - using JSON:
