My rewrite rule on foo.com is:
RewriteRule ^/reviews.aspx(.*)$ http://www.bar.com [R=301,L]

What happens is...
browsing to:
	http://foo.com/reviews.aspx?blah=whee
directs me to:
	http://www.bar.com/?blah=whee


What I want is to just be directed to
	http://www.bar.com
