These are the rules ops in #support should follow to uphold a sense of professionalism and know-how.

 - Don't play around with the users. This means, don't joke around, just tell them what they want to know. If you don't know, say so. If it's something we can't help them with, say so.

 - Don't mislead the users. Don't gull them into using /join #2,000 or whatnot. If they're being annoying, kick them, don't mess with them.

 - Don't give anyone else status in the channel. ChanServ is the only one allowed to give status via the access list. ;P

 - Don't use faces like o.o :P :O >:( etc
