omakeyce: their events never seemed to affect anyone who wasnt a dragoon or ddk so I never bothered to learn about them

omakeyce: the only predetermined thing about my event for example is the end

omakeyce: I expect the players to win in the end 
omakeyce: so in a way I suppose that's predetermined
omakeyce: but not because i'm predetermining it
omakeyce: but because if they dont win then...

omakeyce: they jsut need to realize building a nation takes fucking time
omakeyce: what really pissed me off wehn I ran Celdin is that it took me months to build it into a nation
omakeyce: it started as a tiny fort for remnant Valikorlian forces
omakeyce: and then later after it was established as an empire
omakeyce: a ton of nations would literally pop up over night
omakeyce: with towns and cities built extremely quickly

omakeyce: it's just if they come about I dont want them pulling all the focus off eh already established ones

omakeyce: especially when we're trying to have a war there
omakeyce: new nations have a tendency to be very popular because they're different when they first start
omakeyce: everyone joins them then after a week or two they realize they aren't really any better than the nations they were in before so they quit
omakeyce: and the leader either grows bored or the nation just loses all players and it dies
