Aim - To provide content on FOSS related activities in India.
Current situation - unmaintained, not much content about india
Goals -
  Short Term - Find people who can contribute, invite janani and fredrick to lend a helping hand?, cover stories on events, workshops, seminars and contributions, maybe have a few interviews with people related to foss activities in india, put up some google ads to generate revenue to rope in some contributers, list vacanies in FOSS projects
  Medium Term - provide services like calender, reminders, summaries, event descriptions, tit-bits from experts, consolidated views of happenings around the year, make some of these as paid services - the payments will go to contributers and authors of the site and payments for web hosting, list the major areas of FOSS projects where Indians can contribute too.
  Long Term - indepth coverage of foss in india, india and the world in FOSS, consequences of worldwide events to FOSS in India, articles featuring FOSS contributers, articles on how to contribute to FOSS project, generate enough revenue to attract people to professional manage the site.

Some things to be worked out immediately
1) What has to be done of current content
2) Notify current members of our plans and involve them in rebuilding
3) Choose the licensing pattern for the content on our site.
4) Install a wiki for our discussions - I will do it by 8th Nov. prolly.
