apple remote support

when playing back:
up - increase volume, displaying volume control overlay
down - decrease volume, displaying volume control overlay
right - skip forward by 30 seconds if possible
left - skip back by 10 seconds if possible
center - play/stop (not pause as there would be no buttons left to stop playback and return to main view in this overview)
menu - enter/leave fullscreen

when focus is on the sidebar:
up - select tab above currently selected, or when at top tab, select and scroll to bottom tab if out of view
down - select tab below currently selected, or when at top tab, select and scroll to top tab if out of view
right - expand folders and channel folders or do nothing when not applicable
left - collapse folders and channel folders or do nothing when not applicable
center - start playback of items contained within selected channel/folder/watchfolder
menu - switch focus to main view, auto-selecting (scroll to if necessary) top item (or preferably last selected item)

when focus is on the main view:
up - select item above currently selected, or when at top item, select and scroll to bottom item if out of view
down - select item below currently selected, or when at top item, select and scroll to top item if out of view
right - expand details
left - collapse details
center - start playback of selected items
menu - switch focus to sidebar, auto-selecting (scroll to if necessary to) last active tab
