Without prejudice this day of July 2, 2006: ZetaBoards appreciates your support for its products and does not object to you using its trademarks to refer to its products. Thus, ZetaBoards does not object to fair uses on your website that would indicate, for example, that you assist your customers with ZetaBoards-related issues. That said, ZetaBoards' marks should not be used as part of your trade name or domain names. Your zetaboards.sitesled.com website has come to our attention because of the following misuses of ZetaBoards' trademarks:

Use of "ZetaTools" as your trade name and logo, as seen, for example, on the top of your home page. This is a problem because it includes a derivative of Zathyus Networks, Inc.'s ZETABOARDS(tm) trademark as part of your name/logo.
Use of zetaboards.sitesled.com as your domain name.
As a trademark owner, ZetaBoards is required to monitor and take reasonable steps to correct infringement and misuse of its trademarks. The uses above are all problematic because they may cause consumers to believe that your products and services are sponsored, affiliated or licensed by ZetaBoards, when they are not. We ask that you remove these misuses from your website, and discontinue use of "ZetaTools" and the zetaboards.sitesled.com domain name. We would like to agree on a time by which these changes can be complete. We suggest July 15, 2006. Will that work for you? For the zetaboards.sitesled.com domain name, please let us know if you need to redirect users to an alternate domain name for some interim period. If so, we suggest until August 1, 2006. Please contact me after you have had an opportunity to review this letter and let me know if you are willing to make these changes and if the deadlines we have suggested are workable. We would appreciate hearing from you by July 15, 2006, if possible. Thank you for your attention to this issue, which is important to us. Yours very truly, Seth Kinast General Manager Zathyus Networks, Inc.
