-When add an entry to/changing an entry in uniqueid table, check to see if associated entry in stats table
	--if so, update URL (or if changed uniqueid, update that)
	--if "deleted" undelete (maybe by just updating URL if, say, URL text has "deleted")
-When delete an entry from uniqueid table
	--mark entry in stats table as "deleted"
-When inserting new values into statistics table, check url against uniqueid table, add uniqueid if appropriate
