Tasks - Aidy's Project/Task oriented working environments application library

GOALS

Create a library that can be used by frontends to manage a user's projects, by keeping lists of programs associated with a certain project.
The theory is that one can pick a project from e.g. a list and have all the tools he needs for working on that project.
The same thing would apply to tasks like managing once picture collection or browsing the web.
It also should also be able to store away all the files of a project if desired.
Projects can also be single documents.
All the projects should be marked with keywords, so they can easely be looked up.
