New Insert macro to replace old Include macro. Supports the following args:
     * pagename - a name of a page or a regex resulting in a page list
     * heading - title to use when inserting in to an element, otherwise a title to be added before the instert
     * level - the level the heading should get (default = 0), if not using into
     * noedit - setting noedit=True, will supress the edit link generated when using heading and the default formatter, and not printing
     * from - regex describing from where on a page the insert should start
     * to - regex describing to where on a page the insert should continue
     * into - in to what element the insertion should be done
     * sort - not specified means no sorting. Valid values are ascending and descending
     * skip - how many pages in the pagelist to skip before starting to include them
     * items - how many pages from the pagelist to include in total
