/notice #c10#Here are the steps:
/notice #c10#1 #c9#= #c1#You've opened or re-downloaded a .torrent file, and it shows you have 0% complete,
/notice #c1#and tries to start downloading. You KNOW you have the files on your hard drive,
/notice #c1#you downloaded them! but U-torrent can't find them. You're going to have to "show" U-torrent
/notice #c1#where the files are.
/notice #c10#2 #c9#= #c1#Right-click the torrent, and select "Stop."
/notice #c10#3 #c9#= #c1#With the torrent stopped, right-click again, and select "Advanced > Set Download Location."
/notice #c10#4 #c9#= #c1#A "Browse for Folder" dialog will pop up. In this dialog, you need to
/notice #c1#browse for, and select, the folder that you're going to seed. You must
/notice #c1#highlight the actual folder, and then hit "OK."
/notice #c10#5 #c9#= #c1#Once you click "OK" you'll be taken back to the main U-torrent window, with
/notice #c1#the torrent still stopped. Right click the torrent again, and select "Force Recheck."
/notice #c10#6 #c9#= #c1#U-torrent will begin checking the info hash against the files in
/notice #c1#the folder you have selected to seed.
/notice #c10#7 #c9#= #c1#When U-Torrent has checked that you have all of the files, it will
/notice #c1#show the torrent as 100% complete.
/notice #c10#8 #c9#= #c1#You can then right-click the torrent, and select "Start."
/notice #c10#9 #c9#= #c1#You should now be shown as seeding the torrent, and you have successfully re-seeded.
/notice #c10#10 #c9#= #c1#Congratulations!!!!
/notice #c10#NOTE: This will only work if you still have the original Files(MP3, .AVI) or Rars.
/notice #c10#If you have unpacked and deleted the original.Rar files then you will be unable to reseed.
/notice #c10#even re-Raring will not work as the files will not be identical to the originals.
/notice #c10#This is a very good reason to keep the original files as long as you can. Re-Seeding is a good
/notice #c10#way to help your ratio as sometimes you may be the only member still with the original files.
