There were certain issues of which a soon to be appearing post in the common room should inform you of. We realise there were certain aspects of the previous Hogsmeade weekend that did not sit well with everyone. And although we understand your frusteration with daddybear and some of his hogsmeade activities we do not think it's appropriate for inappropriate names to be given within the common room. Prefects are supposed to be rolemodels, keep other members of the community from doing things such as this. You're permitted to use your personal journal for whatever you would like, just please do nto use the common room as your personal journal. When you're in the common room what you say can be read by a wide range of people and can offend some of them. 

Therefore the following is what will happen:

1. There is a post going up in the Ravenclaw common room addressing the issues raised. Informing them of exactly what they're done wrong, why it's wrong and what will happen if we ever find that behaviour again.

2. More personal emails are being sent to other people who were the main 'players' in this drama. We don't call people out by name and address them within the main community.

3. Points are being deducted for each use of the name outside of the common room. We are treating common rooms as personal journals and having words with the prefects about keeping order within there.

4. The submission to OPS is being invalidated. Points will be changed accordingly.

5. Finally, 20 points will be deducted from daddybear716, regarding the lack of formal approval of the hogsmeade activities.

I hope these issues will not stand in the way of everyones further enjoyment of HiH.
