Indeed the Knowledge Base states that: "For those who have completed Cabin Fever, the staff assume you know your way around a ship, so the price displayed below will be halved. Also, the Ring of Charos (activated) has the power to lower the cost. If you have both of these, the cost below is greatly reduced."

I can also see that you have completed this quest.

If you are not finding this discount being applied then please submit us a Bug Report.

- To submit a Bug Report, please select the link titled 'Report a bug/fault', which can be found under the 'Knowledge Base' section on the left hand side of our homepage (www.runescape.com).

- Click the link 'Report a bug', which is under the 'Further Help' category.

- Next scroll down to the bottom of the resulting page and select the category which you feel best suits your report. Then click the 'Next' option and fill in the form in the resulting page.

This form contains fields of information which are required to identify exactly where the bug is and what we need to do to find and fix it.
