Sorry for this, though this error is very strange. Are you in a public 
network (like university) or maybe using a public proxy? By the way, IP 
addresses have no nationality (usually) ;-)
    I have personal connect to the internet from my home, i use ADSL 
modem, and you know, i  take offence, when see this error (((

Well, maybe your distribution overrides the setting, though this usually 
shouldn't be possible at all (?!)... so, what distribution are you 
using? Also, please note that those themes _only_ apply to the context tab.
    I using MOPSLinux, it's a localized (russian language) distribution, 
Slackware based. So, i hope, that the player will change all visual 
elements, like in WinAmp. I don't know about "context tab" :-[ But, you 
have right, themes apply only to the context tab :-[ I see that in evening.
