I am using gentoo on ps3 and I know a lot of channels do not want to deal with it but I have quick question as proper channel seems quite dead. I have a crt that it hooked up rgb (component) but tv does not do 480p even (seems quite useless except for color bleed) what settings should I use? I use ps3-video-mode -v 33 -f, which is 480i @ 60hz (cause in Canada) and forces full screen, but I get a one inch black border around the outside of X so all windows the apply and ok buttons are hidden and a window manager for g/f would be nice, but it never uses the whole viewable area? Is there a xorg.conf setting for this as well?
