Installing Subversion on our servers

This is more difficult than it should be...

    1. ``up2date compat-db``
    2. Get ``subversion-0.27.0-2.i386.rpm`` from RHN (or ``/root/Attic/rpm`` on ``pam`` or ``mrmustard``)
    3. It won't install because of conflicts, so ``rpm -i --force`` it. 
    4. This will break apache; the following steps will fix it.
    5. ``up2date --get httpd``
    6. ``rpm -i --force /var/spool/up2date/httpd-2.0.46-32.ent.3.i386.rpm``
    7. ``service httpd restart``
