Who wants a programming challenge! okay here's my dilemma I need a way to take a number that is a countdown of the days from January 1st, 2000 and return what year that day is in and what day of the year it is i.e. "1" would be Day 1 of year 2000 "366" would be Day 1 of year 2001 "365" would be Day 365 of year 2000 however, it's not as easy as it sounds because one also has to account for leap years yep If there were no such thing as leap years, you could use modulus but damn you, leap years! pseudocode to determine if a year is a leap year: if year modulo 400 is 0 then leap else if year modulo 100 is 0 then no_leap else if year modulo 4 is 0 then leap else no_leap
