I read all of your registration information and filled out everything
to be able to log on, so I can post a question.
Nothing was ever sent to my e-mail to confirm my registration, yet if
I try to log on using the user name and passcode
that I chose, your site tells me that it is already taken -- yes it
is -- by me!

If I am not going to be able to ask a question about handbreak on
your site then could you please direct me to
a site where I would be able post a question.

I have completed everything for my activation e-mail.  and sent two e-
mails asking for it
to be sent to me.  All I want is the same opportunity to ask a
question like anyone else.
