Hi Dr. Raymond C. Rask,
My name is Matt, game character Sir-Matteo and forum name Punk_r0x3r, a long time player of immortals(since august). I believe we’ve spoke before on Ventrilo. I was heavily involved in immortals and was one of the volunteer development team members.
Recently I’ve ran into some account issues. It seems that the community manager has been deleting my accounts and has chat banned my character without giving a reason or documenting it. I have neither received notice of being banned via email or any other means. 
I know the reason as to why I was banned, I spoke out against her deleting accounts of some of my friends for no reason at all (ex seers Cordelia and Syllius). It seems that as community manager, she holds grudges against anyone who decides to have a dissenting opinion and is quite unprofessional. 
I would love to see this game come to fruition and have done a lot of work to try and ensure this. A number of my posts on the forum are pinned because of their contribution to the game. I have posted a series of fixes for different issues with the game. I have also gathered a list of all the game issues and suggestions (albeit they were deleted when the volunteer development team was disbanded) as well as added to said list a number of bugs within the game.  I am simply concerned with the current management of the game and the forum. I think that the current community manager has become detrimental to the game.

I agree....  What can Zack and I do for you to get life back on track?  Zack is the Executive Game Master of all of our games and has been working with others to resolve these types of problems.  
 
To cut to the chase, what do you want us to consider on your behalf to right the situation.  I have copied Zack on this communication, so that we can resolve all of these issues, please be sure your reply is direct to both of us....
