Thank you for your reply, it is much appreciated.  Although I am quite sure that you do not need to know what I believe needs to be done, it is quite clear cut.  Vryl/Enyo, whatever she goes by at this moment, needs to removed as community manager. I have backed her for quite some time because she was doing more good than bad but now that situation has inverted. I believe she is now causing more problems than anything.
She has a very volatile personality, she was crying one moment to be regarding being accused of wanted to sell items for money then the next moment asking me if I would buy items myself. She has claimed that seers are under some contract that says they’re not allowed to discuss game details and conversations between her and seers,  but then is sharing information with myself that I believe shouldn’t have had shared with me.
The biggest problem I have with how the game is managed is that there is only one person saying how things should be. The current CM, unfortunately, became corrupt with all the power she had. She would come up with policies at a whim, say this is how something is going to go and the next she’s going back on her policies and making people look like fools because the rules have changed so many times. An ideal fix would be to more than one person running the community and having a system of checks and balances. 
The current community manager was also completely against hearing anyone’s opinion on matters. She refused to accept any criticism and had policies against anyone questioning acts of moderation. I’m sorry but that is not the way to go. People were getting punished for things they should have because she was refusing to hear other’s take on what happened. Such was the case in the permanent banning of Ploxasarus and LeeRoy Jenkens. She had a policy of permanent banning for botting but giving a 3 day ban for using a hacked client, which really doesn’t make sense since botting is less detrimental to the game than the hacked clients were. When I brought this up I was scolded for bringing up a topic of moderation.
The forum is ran like a communist country where everything we say ends up edited so that all negativity is removed. If there is a problem we’re not allowed to say something. The majority of my posts were deleted because I made comments about aspects of the game/community that I wasn’t happy with. Also, a lot of what I had posted had wound up edited for one reason or another even though I was never derogatory or vulgar in any of my posts. 
I hope that this helps out some and I hope that some solution comes from this.
