Broken TAB Navigation At The Online Banking Login Screen

This page:
https://www.txn.banking.pcfinancial.ca/a/authentication/preSignOn.ams?referid=loginBox_banking_go
forces me to tab more than once to get from the "bank card number" field to the "password" field.
I expect to get from the first field to the second with only one TAB key-press.
Currently I have to press TAB 4 times to get to the password field:
tab to "Remember my bank card on this computer." check-mark
tab to (?) link
tab to "How does remembering my bank card work?" link
tab to password field.
The extra TAB presses slow me down and are unintuitive.
TAB navigation is meant for speedy navigation and there is no reason for me to TAB to the in-between stuff when I'm in a hurry.
