Sucks. Soooo.... I need to document the new toys I am playing with. Home use for now. I am trying to solve the same security issues you are and decided to experiment with embedded linux on cheap routers that can be plugged in between physical network segments. Gonna see what can be done in that arena. Process accounting and centralized security crap has too much overhead, requires an independent network, and ends up being way too dependent on your admins. I wanna find a better way and am pretty confident that I am headed in a direction that makes more sense.
