1.  make sure the categories that were GETted are valid
2. SELECT * FROM categories WHERE category=$validcategory[0] and category=$validcategory[1]...
3. explode each $result[x] to get the picture_ids without the commas
4. combine all of these arrays using array_merge to get just the picture_ids in one array
5.  get rid of duplicates

6.  from here I can take these picture ids and grab the file name, width, height, and affiliate_id and then go over to the author db to get the descriptions and urls and titles
