Let's start with the good:

He wishes to withdraw all of our troops from Iraq by the end of 2008.  So do all the other Democrats.
He's pro-choice.  So all are the other Democrats.
He supports civil unions.  So do all the other Democrats.
He supports stem-cell research.  So do all the other Democrats.

And the bad:

He proposed a slightly-less socialist national healthcare plan that's only a bit better than Hilary's.
He supports tax raises, primarily to pay for his new socialist healthcare plan.
He opposes the privatization of Social Security.
He proposed a lot of new collectivist measures to improve our schools, all of which need insane amounts of funding.
He has all these multi-billion dollar environment saving plans, which, once again, will come straight out of our pockets.
