/etc/init.d/wlan0 start
gives me this:

 *       wlan0 received address 169.254.45.127/16

dmesg has this:
wlan0: RX WEP frame, decrypt failed
WEP decrypt failed (ICV)

i'm trying to use an Intel PRO/Wireless card
