This driver comes with two sets of .inf and .sys files:  Both of these must be installed with their *.inf files. 

sudo ndiswrapper - I <name of the inf file>

sudo ndiswrapper - L
this will list the loaded drivers

sudo ndiswrapper - m

this to create a module


sudo modprobe ndiswrapper

this will load the module

sudo gedit /etc/modules
add ndiswrapper at the end to start the module while booting
