A long time since the first "30 Days of Fame" and yea, shame on me! But lets get started with the second part! The system remains the same: A random soldat player, getting interviewed and hopefully getting "30 Days of Fame!" I hope you have fun reading it, and excuse my ugly english! aCra`: Hi first, and thank you for taking the time to answer some questions to me! Introduce yourself! Who are you? How long you've been playing Soldat and how you started? Snipufin: Hi, and thanks for having me. I'm Snipufin, and I've been playing Soldat actively for a little bit over a year now. I had this game downloaded in my comp in 2004, but I didn't play actively because I didn't have an internet connection. Later, when I had it, I played it randomly(mostly Dodgeball). I started to play it actively when someone on random finnish forums(I think it was Peliversumi) mentioned that he has the game and would like to start a clan in Soldat. Well, I was in that project too, and that was my first clan, [HA], Holy Alliance. aCra`: I remember 1 year ago, soldat was at version 1.3.1 and there was much speculating about the "new" version 1.4. How did you experienced the change between this two versions. And what are you looking forward to with the next (1.5) version, which will be done by Enesce? Snipufin: Well, I also knew that 1.4 was coming, when it was still known as 1.3.2. I was a newb back then and I thought that the changes, which were published somewhere and which was the current list, was final and never to be changed again. I thought minimi would have 0 bink and would totally own. So I began to train Minimi with those settings with my friends. So far, the biggest change which I'm waiting from 1.5 is that the alpha spawn in Nuubia would be fixed. aCra`: Yea, that surely is one of the most eagerly-awaited fixes for the next version! What do you think about the current weapon balance? And what would you change if you could? Snipufin: Well, mostly, as a Steyrtard, I love the current Steyr. aCra`: No bad words about the Ruger? I'm suprised! Snipufin: Well, Ruger is overpowered currently in my opinion. I think the damage and rate of fire should be weakened a little. aCra`: I completly agree with that! But back to your business! How's your "soldat carreer" doing? Are you still playing? And if so, do you play in a clan? Snipufin: Well, currently I am in Ignites, which was created by Ripoow and Popo. Nowadays I don't play Soldat as active like in last summer, because I have other things to do also(mostly playing poker and Audiosurf) aCra`: What is Audiosurf? Snipufin: Audiosurf is a game buyable from Steam for 10 dollars, where you can select any mp3, iTunes or other formatted track and play it in a 3-dimensional rollercoaster collecting blocks. A sweet combo of Wipeout and Tetris with fantastic scenery aCra`: Wow, sounds fun! But let us get away from the pc, straight into your RL! What do you like to do in your spare time beside playing computer? Snipufin: Well, first of all, I have one, unlike others. In real life I am 15 year old teenager from finland who goes to school, and usually goes to see the girls with my friends. I also play drums and I think I start to play Guitar soon. aCra`: Wow, sounds pretty active! What kind of music do you play / listen? Snipufin: Metal of course! Mostly I listen to bands like Pantera, Dragonforce and Soilwork. But as long as it's metal, anything goes. aCra`: Absolutely finnish! ;D Thank you again! Any last words?
