Dear Ms. Williams:

Thank you for selecting The Perfect Party to plan your upcoming events. I look forward to managing the details for you so you can enjoy spending time with your guests.

You can select one of our prepared party themes, or we can design a customized party that will match the tone and purpose of your event. I am enclosing a brochure outlining some of our more popular themes, along with a list of accessories that can be used. Take a moment to look over this material and call me if you have any questions.

I look forward to meeting with you next week to finalize the plans for your party.

Best regards,

Corey Finstad
