well those who are using real IRC clients, you can right click and see their name but Allola wants to see first i think we should try and fix the guild law before we add large amounts though what do you want to fix in the law? the guild law is complex to much to remember and can be shortened i read the law as was written by Mohero|sleep i mostly agree with it can you tell me how many poiints are needed to advance to rank 6 well, not everybody need to know everything, just what he has to do 160 to simplify things it should be 100 points per rank cause that is my rank :) 0-100 and wwhen you hit 100 you are ready for a promotion then you start at 0 again [Asonoh: join #40 ] isn't 100 too much? Thinzall: but then you need to change the "Score" of actions.... so that getting higher ranks will be more difficult... the guild info was created to make guild ranks 0-100 for each rank correct Vorodie on the other hand it is possible to make different tasks available to different ranks at some point in time guild points will not be obtained by mere recruitment or making a weapon or roleplay it will go by merit aka minister status such as a 5 level member wont get points for realm 1 spells correct when i come in the guild i would be at the upper ranks cause of all my skills without even starting at the bottom this is designed for new members just starting a character i am at 100 in daggers i am maxxed out in armor in one category i know all the magics and have advanced i roleplayed beyond my years i can make weapons to 300 i think it would be better not to give lower ranks there advancement table, so that the mentor is the one that decide upon advancing and not a youngster that seeks to promote as fast as possible see all the points i would be getting? Vorodie, I agree with that that is a good suggestion most come to a guild wanting to advance quickly they want all the gear they can get but we need good mentor, and many do not even have one as of yet. and if things dont go to their expection they move on if you ahve a question and you dont have a mentor.. any one of the ministers should be able to answer your questions or I should be able too i think that this scheme will force both the mentors and noobs (sorry for the term) to RP more I for one, am willing to work for my rank in the guild. I don't expect it to be handed to me even though you ahvent been given a mentor.. the ministers or myself should be able to answer or show you what you need to know or we shouldnt be in the positions we are in if you ask me something and i dont know.. I will seek it out for you or put you on the right track even if i have to go to the forge and attempt to make the item or raise my magic skill sup to test something there will be promotions this weekend once things are in order then I would like to see us to start recruitment im not saying we cant recruit now i think there shouldn't be more than 5 trainees per mentor I have spring break soon so I can help out a lot then.
