> ahocevar (n=chatzill@vie-nas-ge-0-2.onenet.at) has joined #opengeo hey ahocevar hey! just sent mail with some very vague information on a project would be great if you could start trying to make sense of it basically, a client for some custom geoserver thematic styling work apologies for not having more together was pushing to get this sld writer done hey, no problem. I'll try to figure out something. What about if you get some sleep, and we talk about it later. if you want, I can contact Lorenzo in the meantime and see what we can share. I'm on the train back to Vienna, and the next 1/2 hour is an area with many tunnels and lousy internet. <-- ahocevar has quit (Read error: 104 (Connection reset by peer)) --> ahocevar_ (n=chatzill@vie-nas-ge-0-2.onenet.at) has joined #opengeo --- ahocevar_ is now known as ahocevar <-- tschaub has quit (Read error: 104 (Connection reset by peer)) tschaub: I am looking at http://www.ominiverdi.org/openlayers/OWSManager/examples/ows_manager_stile.html# . Am I blind, or is there no style editing yet? tschaub: can you point me to some mapping-related extjs examples of yours, so I can get familiar with that? --> tschaub (n=tschaub@72-173-122-185.cust.wildblue.net) has joined #opengeo hey tschaub I am looking at http://www.ominiverdi.org/openlayers/OWSManager/examples/ows_manager_stile.html# . Am I blind, or is there no style editing yet? also, can you please point me to some mapping-related extjs examples of yours, so I can get familiar with that? sure you can take a look at http://svn.opengeo.org/geoext/ the trunk is checked out so you can view the apps here: http://geoext.opengeo.org/apps/ there's no geoserver on that machine, so geoview isn't anything to look at and the styler is the bit you saw last week thanks anyway, just want to look at the code to get started with ext. yeah, sounds good did you get set up with email/server access yet? no. ok, I'll send on an email great, thanks. and, take a look at r6538 don't know if it will be easy to figure out but I did a rewrite of the sld read stuff in a little different style nodes don't get visited more than once might be easier to understand if we look at it together but I think I'll sleep first cool. that should make things more clean. the difference is Go have some sleep, and let's talk about it later. instances of OpenLayers.Rule now have a rules array this is closer to the Rule/Filter relationship in SLD I didn't change the rule.evaluate code to handle this ok, sounds good. I'll have a glance at it while you're asleep :-). Do you want me to do further work on it, in case everything is clear to me, while you are asleep? if you can make sense of the relationship, it would be great if you wanted to update the evaluate bit all can happen in that topp/geoext sandbox sure. I'll see what I can do. But I'll have to wait with committing until I have write access. the easiest way to handle it would be to have logical, comparison, and feature id rules (sld filters) *not* call evaluate on the superclass not sure about that. because logical rules can have logical rules as superclass. I mean, OpenLayers.Rule.prototype.evaluate.apply which is never the evaluate for a logical rule ah, ok. anyway, will be good to talk it over after you've had a look and I've had some sleep ok. good night! have a good day :) <-- ahocevar has quit ("ChatZilla 0.9.81 [Firefox 2.0.0.12/2008020121]") tschaub (n=tschaub@72-173-122-185.cust.wildblue.net) has left #opengeo --> ahocevar (n=chatzill@chello080108111222.5.11.tuwien.teleweb.at) has joined #opengeo arneke (n=ak@cpe-66-108-80-238.nyc.res.rr.com) has joined #opengeo can anyone please send me a log of #opengeo from the past 7 hours, I lost mine.
