Well aside from the fact this answer barely answers my questions, I'm just going to pick up on one point and re-ask a question.

You say, that Therle wants you to answer all questions for abit so he doesn't get you eliminated, does that mean you're saying yes to my question "Does this mean Therle doesn't see himself as being capable of simply answering questions in a civil manner?".  Surely a reliable President would be capable of answering simple questions in a manner which wouldn't lead to another warning or how on earth will he take charge of the many heated discussions which occur in command?  Does this mean that everytime a difficult topic pops up the president would disappear rather than simply answer in a pleasant manner?
