Some loosely coupled steps to reproduce this..

classpath-0.97-gentoo.tar.gz (What patches are on top of base classpath I don't know)
jetty-6.1.7
kaffe-1.1.9
Amd64 arch running on hardened gentoo

Step 1
mvn archetype:create -DarchetypeGroupId=org.apache.wicket -DarchetypeArtifactId=wicket-archetype-quickstart -DarchetypeVersion=1.3.2 -DgroupId=test.kaffe.org -DartifactId=crash

Step 2
mvn jetty:run

Step 3
I just ran siege against for about 15 seconds.  A curl script may trigger the same..
