So these past few days have been pretty hectic.

A lot of stuff has been going on, & on tuesday there was a huge disscussion / debate.

In that my leadership was questioned. Something no leader would like to have been said about them. 

Personally i feel comfortable in my current positon, i feel i do as much as i can for this clan and yes, i feel i am a good leader. 

The thing is this clan means so much to me. I love this clan & i love being a part of it. 

I was told i need help and that i do to much. The thing is i enjoy nearly everything i do. Do you think i would be here doing that stuff if i didn't enjoy it. And, I do have help. Even though i feel it is madly over looked.
These are the main people i feel are overlooked with what they do for the clan:

X20Shorty06X (Justin) is the best helper. He does a lot on the site, & even more recently now he has figured the top annoucnment box a bit more. He is a key helper in accepting applications and helping to run FA system. But still people see him asif he does NOTHING. This is not true and you should respect him for the work he does.

Da_Pookster0 (Pooky) recently she is becoming more and more active. Especially these past 5 days or so. She is quite often online when most of you arn't, in the early morning when only a few of us are here. She does her part and keeps the clan together very efficiently. Although she has had her problems she is slowly coming back into the scene. 

BlacK_Lamb2 & Majikninja88 (Bam & Majik). Easily the best two event coords we have EVER had.  They are efficient in every way. They set the events by the time they need to be set. They do the calendars and the topics. They are also doing a great job at the event logging and producing more efficient ways to do it. 


So maybe another helper might be handy, thats why we are sorting that out atm. So don't be surprised if you see a new HC come up very soon.

Also i would like to say that 0ttomatic is alive and will hopefully return shortly. I will not say anything else about him as that is up to him and only him. 


So basically. I am happy where i am in the clan and i will not be stepping down. 
However i am freely opening myself to any constructive criticism any of you may wanna say. Please suggest things that WE could do to improve the clan. We try and keep our members involved as much as we can with how we do things.
