* BUG: Shelf Configuration is b0rked. With an existing e_config, changing style on shelf 0 changes style on a different shelf. With a fresh e_config and 2 shelves, changing Style for shelf 0 makes ibar go blank (no icons). All seems related to shelf->id not getting set somewhere.
