Seriously. These are arbitrary, irritating, pointless and keeping me from signing up right now. Others report a 20 character cap on the secret answer. I can understand a cap on the username length, but I haven't seen 10 since I signed up for AIM the first time back in the late 90s. Things that are security related and really ought to be hashed before being stored (please tell me passwords aren't being stored in plaintext, much less emailed - that got fixed, right?) have no reason for a cap.

PLEASE fix this, I'd really like to be comfortable buying RSPD.

minor annoyance: tabbing through the signup form doesn't work properly because of whatever the page does when you select a Country. Not a big deal, just something I noted.
