First of all, let me just say that I love you guys and honestly am truly gutted to be leaving.  Recently it became clear to a few of us that Ice wasn't really what we wanted anymore.  As I'm sure people understand, we pay to play WoW just like everyone here, and after making raid progress with Midnight Storm, we came to realise that a) it's the thing we enjoy most in WoW and b) it's not likely to be coming easily in Ice, possibly even not before WotLK is out.  That's not a dig at you guys, Ice wasn't aimed at being a raiding guild and that's fine, but as I'm sure you can understand, when you're not happy where you are, a change is in order.  Thus it is with great sadness that I will be parting from Ice; my Shaman will still live in the guild, but I am moving Devotchka and Alluna over the Midnight Storm to continue pushing raid content with them.  I hope everyone can understand that this was not a decision I took lightly or with pleasure.

Regarding the issue of GM, Skysong was within an inch of pipping me at the GM vote so I hope he'll sincerely consider taking over the roll.  I'll be leaving Alluna in Ice for now, however until I can talk to him/a new GM can be decided.
