$day_of_the_week
$build
$build_body
$build_end
ARE ALL SET CORRECTLY.

$include_data[] = "\$header['" . $day_of_the_week . "'] = <<<EOD\n" . $build . $build_body . "\nEOD;" . "\$footer['" . $day_of_the_week . "'] = <<<EOD\n" . $build_end . "\nEOD;";

I'm trying to make a variable for writing to a .php file.
