So i don't have to type this out ten times I'm just going to pastebin it.

This whole issue with Ray and Kirin (not a big issue with kirin) got me thinking. We don't have any really clear cut rules for the channel. I mean we do, but they are all fairly obscure. In the past we've had rules against porn and sex talk, and it's now allowed. The rules change and fluctuate. Don't get me wrong, that's fine. But I think we should have a central location to find the rules.

To that end I've talked to Shidayu as he's already got the #C&T stats page up. It would make sense to have a clear rule page up there as well. He'd be happy to put a rule page up. We just need to give him the word, and the rules.

So I think we as ops should have a meeting about what rules we want to have in the channel. In addition we should have a second meeting in the channel publicly getting opinions on the rules we create, and see if there are any others they feel need to be added. We can then ship it off to Shidayu to post.

Get back to me with your opinions.
