I need something like the following 

incoming URL: /member/view.php?userId=1234
Redirect To    : http://someothetul/member/1234

I was thinking of something like 

RedirectMatch 301 ^/member/view\.php\?userId=[0-9+] http://someotherurl/member/$1

it don't work :(
